Our offerings include but are not limited to:

  • Branding, Graphic Design and Strategy Consulting Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service without notice.

4. Payment Terms

  1. Pricing: All prices are in USD. Taxes, where applicable, are included unless otherwise stated.
  2. Payment Methods: We accept PayPal. Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. Invoices: If services are invoiced, payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.

Late payments may incur a 5% late fee after 14 days.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Refunds are only available under specific conditions outlined below:

  • Digital Products & Online Courses: Non-refundable once accessed/downloaded.
  • Branding, Design or Strategy Consulting Services: Cancellations must be requested at least 15 days before the scheduled session. A refund may be issued minus an administrative fee of 5%. A partial refund may be provided based on the amount of work already completed.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided by Isabel Pinaud, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and videos, is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any content without our prior written consent.
  • Custom branding designs remain the intellectual property of Isabel Pinaud unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
  • Delays, interruptions, or errors beyond our control (e.g., third-party platform failures, force majeure events).

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service in question.
